You can track your package using the NZ Post tracking number we provide. Simply enter it on the NZ Post website. If you haven’t received your tracking code, feel free to contact us through the website.

Pet Pop is an online-only store. We ship all orders from Auckland using NZ Post Overnight delivery.

Yes! We ship nationwide across New Zealand, including both North and South Islands. Auckland pickup is also available.
