Terms and Conditions of Use
By placing an order on the Pet Pop website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders and payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incorrect information provided at checkout.
Product information
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, measurements, and images. However, slight differences in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing variation. These differences are not considered defects.
Pet suitability
Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their pet’s size, breed, age, and behaviour. We cannot guarantee that a pet will accept, tolerate, or enjoy a product. Pets should always be supervised while using toys, collars, grooming tools, or accessories.
Product wear and damage
Normal wear and tear, chewing, scratching, biting, or damage caused by pets during use is not considered a product fault.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays, weather disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility rests with the courier provider.
Incorrect address
Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
Use of products
All products must be used appropriately and under supervision. We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper fitting, or unsafe use of pet products.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Pet Pop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
International Orders
We do not accept international orders placed via our website. Should you wish to place an international order, please contact us directly at petpopnz@gmail.com.
Product Description
Each item is sold based on the product description displayed on the website. We strive to ensure that all descriptions and prices are accurate. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be discrepancies at the time of your order. Additionally, colors may vary slightly from website images. Please contact us if you would like more detailed information about any of our products.
Payment
All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices are accurate at the time of website publication. Accepted payment methods are Visa or Mastercard, and all credit card payments are subject to online authorization. PET POP cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery if a credit card payment is declined.
Returns Policy
We accept returns only for defective products, within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us by email before returning any items. Refunds will be issued to your credit card and will cover the purchase price of the returned item. Shipping and handling fees will also be refunded for defective products or in cases of an error on our part. All defective products must be returned prepaid to PET POP, with the original packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a detailed reason for the return.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order by contacting PET POP at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, you may return the products in accordance with our returns policy.
