RETURNS

Returns Policy

We accept returns only for defective products, within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us via email before sending any returns.

Refunds will be issued to your credit card and will cover the purchase price of the returned item only. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All defective products must be returned prepaid to PET POP, with the original packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a detailed reason for the return.
