Returns Policy

We accept returns only for defective products, within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us by email before sending any returns. Refunds will be issued to your credit card and will cover the purchase price of the returned item. Shipping and handling fees will also be refunded for defective products or in cases of an error on our part. All defective products must be returned prepaid to PET POP, with the original packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a detailed reason for the return.
