Pet Pop Refund & Return Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 15 days of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, in resellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pet wear, collars, grooming tools, nail clippers, hygiene products, and clearance or sale items cannot be returned unless confirmed faulty.
Damage caused by biting, chewing, scratching, or normal pet use is not considered a product defect.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at petpopnz@gmail.com. Please include your order number, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and a brief description. After assessment, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
